We're looking to recruit an Associate Director to join our senior leadership team. You will hold responsibility for generating more jobs and sustainable growth and the commissioning of employment, skills, growth and regeneration services. As an Associate Director you will sit alongside colleagues who hold responsibility for leadership and transformation across the whole Council and with health partners. As an Associate Director you would co-design new approaches so we can achieve multiple outcomes from one investment. You would collaborate and work with communities, partners and politicians far and wide to push their thinking about how to achieve outcomes. You will lead our Borough in moving beyond traditional approaches to growth and regeneration. Your role is to create conditions for that growth to be sustainable and to be for the benefit of our whole community into the future. You will put citizens at the heart of your work in collaboration with our public, private and voluntary and community sectors and pioneer a new model to generate ‘good growth' and more success for Lambeth's communities.
