The 16th category for The MJ Achievement Awards 2008 has been confirmed as Best use of resources, sponsored by Mouchel Business Services. The new category invites entries from councils with projects across any local government services showing an innovative and cost-effective use of resources to achieve their goals. It joins 15 others in The MJ's record-breaking 2008 awards, which will culminate in a gala awards night next June. Closing date for entries is 18 January 2008.
