Trafford MBC has put forward its draft budget proposals, with adult and children's social services receiving the biggest hit.
The council's executive faces a reduction of £12m in funding for 2011/2012. Each of its five directorates will make savings, including £8.7m for communities and adult social services, and £6m for children and young people's services.'
