The leader of Aylesbury Vale DC has called on the Government to 'get off its backside' and provide some guidance on local government reorganisation.

Speaking to The MJ, Cllr John Cartwright said a combination of counties and district authorities needs to be devised to replace the current mixture of two and one tier areas.
