We are big fans of the legendary disc jockey, television host and fashion guru, Alan Partridge, here at MJ Towers, so we were delighted to hear that Norwich City Council's blue badge guides are offering walking tours this weekend around their fine city to celebrate the former host of The Day Today.
The Alpha Norwich walk lasts around 90 minutes and will take in such sites as Norwich Market and London Street, which we are reliably informed was the first conventional street in the country to be pedestrianised.
Everyone who takes part gets a ‘I Love Norwich' bag, a pot of Colman's mustard and some Alan Partridge-related merchandise.
So, if you were planning to spend this weekend stuck indoors, watching endless repeats of Arm Wrestling With Chas & Dave, why not get yourself to Norwich for a slice of pure Partridge. Aha!
