Birmingham City Council has issued an ASBO against a 17-year old gang member in Handsworth after working with West Midlands police.

The ASBO bans the youth from wearing or being in possession of a bandana or harassing anyone in Birmingham as well as barring him from certain areas of the city.
The council and police have together secured over 40 ASBOs in their campaign against gangs in the city.
