The creation of a Big Society Bank could be delayed until next year, according to an independent adviser to the Cabinet Office.
Speaking at a meeting of the public administration select committee, Sir Ronald Cohen, said the Government was still trying to secure state aid exemption from the European Union. He told MPs that it could be ‘some months before it is completed'.
