A landmark ruling over planning breaches on a barn used as a home could have a significant impact on other unauthorised dwellings, a law firm has claimed.
Peter Edwards of Cornwall-based firm Stephens Scown claimed the decision that a Hertfordshire developer breached planning rules with the barn, alongside the changes in the Localism Bill could be ‘dramatic'.
