Family Mosaic Housing has chosen the affordable housing specialist Lovell to lead a £17m regeneration scheme in Basildon. Work is due to start in September on the demolition of two tower blocks which will make way for 91 new apartments and houses for rent and shared ownership as well as a new community centre and shop. The first homes are due to be handed over by September next year.
