Winners of the 2007 Beacon theme awards were announced at an ‘Oscar'-style ceremony on Tuesday at the Royal Horticultural Halls in London. The awards are facilitated by the Improvement and Development Agency, and this year's themes included delivering cleaner air and emergency planning.
