Welfare ghettos are trapping millions of people across Britain, according to a new report.
Research by the Centre for Social Justice (CSJ) think-tank has suggested at least a third of people are claiming out of work benefits across nearly 70 neighbourhoods in Liverpool. It also found Rhyl West in Denbighshire has the highest percentage of people aged 16 to 64 (60%) claiming out of work benefits in England and Wales.
