A group of 20 local authorities, including East Devon and Staffordshire Moorlands DCs, have taken part in an online auction to buy wheelie bins. The auction was hosted by the e-procurement company e-Three, and gave suppliers the chance to sell more than one million wheelie bins to the group of councils.
