The statistics compare the April to August periods for 2011 and 2012, and relate to the 10 to 19-year age group – used by the Home Office to monitor gang activity – which is targeted specifically by the council's ‘Enough is enough' campaign aimed at individuals and families involved in gangs, which won an MJ Award.
