Blue is the colour Suffolk Coastal DC is rolling out a fleet of blue-lidded bins to help residents recycle more cans, cardboard and plastics. The council already collects garden waste and newspapers every fortnight. The new bins will be rolled out to 5,000 homes this month and a further 5,000 in September.
