A boom in social housing work has seen the order book of Inspace Plc rise by 61%, to £450M. The property-support service company released its final results for 2005 last week, which saw operating profits soar by 24%. Executive chairman, Colin Enticknap, said: ‘We remain very focused on meeting customer, employee and ultimately, shareholder expectations, and armed with a clear strategy, visible order book and enthusiastic team of people, we should be well placed to continue our success into 2006 and beyond.'
