Harrow LBC has encouraged a further 4,500 residents to access council services, online, barely a week after letters were sent announcing the authority's electoral registration would be shifted to the Internet.

Membership of MyHarrow accounts, which give access to services such as checking bin collections, reporting on street issues, library and planning services, increased by almost one-third from 14,000 to 18,500.
