Barnet LBC is pioneering a joint venture with a local social landlord to deliver adult social services and advance its service transformation programme.

Under proposals agreed by the council's cabinet resources committee, arm's length management organisation (ALMO), Barnet Homes, would form a new local authority trading authority (LATC).
