A report by the CMI has warned, local authority employers are failing to take advantage of fully-qualified managers.

Local authority employers are failing to take advantage of fully-qualified managers, a report by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) has warned.

Issued on 5 July, the study into the value of management and leadership qualifications found that 45% of 102 surveyed local government managers felt they were not supported by their employers to make best use of their skills.
