Former Liverpool City Council leader, Warren Bradley, has been suspended by the Liberal Democrats, as well as resigning as group leader.

Former Liverpool City Council leader, Warren Bradley, has been suspended by the Liberal Democrats, as well as resigning from his post as group leader, following allegations of electoral fraud.

Cllr Bradley resigned because he claims fraudulent activity occurred in regard to the nomination of his son as an electoral candidate for Liverpool Central ward. He said his signature on the nomination papers was not provided by him, and had been forged.
