Virgin Care, which is part of Richard Branson's Virgin Group, has made it onto the shortlist to provide integrated children's services at Devon CC.
Three groups are under consideration for the joint contract due to be overseen by Devon CC and NHS Devon, and all bidders have until the end of April to submit their final proposals.
