Brent LBC has called for lessons to be learned after an independent report was published into the financial crisis at Brent PCT. The report, by Michael Taylor, showed that the organisation issued draft accounts in May 2006 predicting a £2.8m surplus, but by November of the same year, was predicting a deficit of around £25m.
