Three in four staff working at Brent LBC are happy in their job, according to a new survey. The council's 2005 staff survey reveals that 75% of staff are satisfied, and 92% feel their work is worthwhile. ‘The results of the survey are extremely pleasing,' said chief executive ~Gareth Daniel~ ‘They show that our workforce is really committed to delivering the best-possible services for residents.'
