~Bristol City Council~ has appointed Deeley Freed Estates as its preferred development partner for the £150m regeneration of St Mary le Port. An agreement is expected to be signed in the summer, subject to final negotiations, and building work should start next year. Deeley Freed's plans include cafes, restaurants and housing overlooking the harbour, as well as offices near Bristol Bridge.
