Boss of pollsters YouGov, Stephan Shakespeare, has launched an independent report explaining how public sector information (PSI) could be exploited to deliver better public services and boost economic growth.
The This is Phase II of the Digital Revolution, said YouGov chief executive Mr Shakespeare. 'Britain has a competitive advantage in that we have centralised public services that collect vast amounts of data, the value of which remains largely untapped.'
