IT chiefs have branded last week's Budget as a missed opportunity to use technology to help push forward greater public sector efficiencies.
SOCITM president, Jos Creese, said there was still a ‘suspicion and fear' about IT in the minds of government ministers, following several highly-publicised projects, which had gone wrong.
