Tamara Finkelstein is to join the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (Defra) to lead its delivery group on exiting the EU.

Ms Finkelstein has led the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government's (MHCLG) building safety programme since the tragic fire at Grenfell Tower.
