Prime Minister Andy Burnham has said he wanted to design a fresh model of ‘regional, economic empowerment’ across Scotland.

Prime Minister Andy Burnham has said he wanted to design a fresh model of ‘regional, economic empowerment' across Scotland.

In his first major speech north of the border since entering No10, Burnham described Scotland as ‘one of the most centralised nations in Europe'.
