CABE champions park life As school holidays begin, the Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment (CABE) is calling for every urban park in England to have dedicated staff on site during the day. It follows a survey, commissioned by CABE, which revealed one in three children felt unsafe in parks because of gangs, bullies and drunks.
