Council leaders in Wales have admitted failings in the provision of care, and recognise the ‘current system must radically change', according to the Welsh Local Government Association (WLGA).
The comments are a response to an assembly document, Sustainable social services for Wales: A framework for action, which reported 22 local authorities were struggling to deal with a rising demand in care.
