Cambridgeshire is open for business and ready to help the nation, according to Cllr Nick Clarke, incoming leader of the county council.

Cllr Clarke outlined his vision of encouraging enterprise at a meeting with local government secretary, Eric Pickles, held just three days after assuming leadership.
