Camden LBC has launched an environmental strategy worth £3m, which will include a home insulation scheme, the promotion of car clubs and an eco-centre. Leader of the council, Keith Moffitt, said: ‘We are now at the stage where we can start putting the best ideas into practice.' The council has also agreed to reduce the carbon impact of their waste management strategy.
