Conservative leader, ~David Cameron~ has claimed the Government's plans to reorganise local government will cost billions and alienate voters. Speaking in Coventry last week, Mr Cameron said: ‘There's something faintly sinister about the Government's lack of transparency and desire to rush through these changes without proper consultation.'
