Capita has agreed to buy Northgate Managed Services (NMS) from Northgate Information Systems for £65m. NMS is based in Northern Ireland and provides cloud-based IT services and infrastructure solutions to public and private sector organisations.
'By combining NMS's managed IT services with Capita's complementary business process and IT outsourcing capabilities, Capita will enhance its offering to clients and enable them to transform the way they do business,' said chief executive, Paul Pindar.
