Outsourcing giant, Capita, is poised to acquire the occupational health business of Aviva UK Health, for an undisclosed sum.
Aviva provides a range of occupational health services to more than 500 businesses and other bodies, and employs around 120 people at bases in Sheffield, Birmingham and London.
