Outsourcing giant Capita has been selected by the Cabinet Office to form a new joint venture to deliver management and training tools.

Outsourcing giant Capita has been selected by the Cabinet Office to form a new joint venture to deliver management and training tools.

Under the agreement, Capita will pay the Cabinet Office £10m upfront and £9.4m a year over the first three years for a 51% shareholding in the new joint venture, which will own the rights to a portfolio of management and training tools, including PRINCE2.
