Three West London boroughs, Brent LBC, Ealing LBC and Hounslow LBC, have awarded Serco a contract to run the country's first collaborative car parking service.
Under the five-year deal all three boroughs will pool back office resources and introduce new technologies allowing 'virtual' parking permits for controlled zones.
