More than 3,300 young people have signed up for free condoms and safe sex advice, as part of a Somerset CC andSomerset PCT joint initiative called the C-Card. ‘This is an initiative to allow young people to make informed choices about sex and relationships to make sure they are safe and healthy,' said portfolio holder for strategic children's services, Cllr Pauline Clarke.
