Essex CC has more than £3m in Lottery funding over the next three years to play with, and wants younger residents to call the shots. The authority is calling on children and young people to participate in the The Play 4 Play Project to give their ideas on how to improve play opportunities in the county with £3,055,426 from the Big Lottery Fund.
