Catalyst Lend Lease has been announced as preferred bidder of Lancashire CC's £250m building school for the future programme. ‘We have already built and now run 14 PFI-funded schools in the UK, and I know we'll be able to offer attractive solutions to Lancashire's long-term education needs,' said Catalyst chief executive Jason Millett.
