Glasgow City Council and Serco's ACCESS partnership has celebrated its fifth anniversary.

ACCESS has centralised IT and property services and provides back office support systems, which have saved the local authority £4.4m a year.'The partnership has supported significant reforms across council services,' said council chief executive, George Black.
