Do you have a few empty rooms at your civic centre? Looking to earn some spare dosh? Then why not rent out your venue to a film crew. But now film crews have descended on Adur DC's partially empty civic centre to turn it into another police station for a new drama, Cuffs. ‘The town will be put firmly on the map during production and especially during the period immediately prior to and during transmission later this year, when much of the publicity will focus on promoting the town and the great experience the cast and crew have experienced while working there,' said series producer, Trevor Hopkins. And, if the crew ever get bored, they can always hotfoot it over to the Ropetackle Centre in Shoreham, where former Adur DC and Worthing BC's joint chief executive, Ian Lowrie, can occasionally be found pulling the pints.
