Initial and full business cases; implementation team; honest broker; safe and legal; final 100 days plan; risk register; issues logs; ministerial directive; and vesting day. These are terms much of the country is becoming intimately familiar with as local government reorganisation progresses.

But change is not just limited to those undergoing that process, with public service reform firmly back on the agenda.
