Homeless charity, Framework, has said it will take its legal battle over funding cuts to the DCLG, after being refused a judicial review against Nottingham City Council
The Nottinghamshire-based charity lost the first round of its challenge in the High Court last week, but is now seeking another judicial review against the Whitehall department which, it said, devised the formula for the cuts.
