Hammersmith and Fulham LBC has announced it will cut its council tax rate by 3% next year – the fifth such reduction in six years.
The announcement was made as staff and residents from the west London borough joined forces to produce their own YouTube clip celebrating the local tax decrease: a pun-filled ode to classic songs with the word ‘three' in the title – including Blind Melon's Three is a magic number.
