Cherwell DC is undergoing a shake-up to improve service delivery and value for money. Five departments will be reduced to four, and the strategic management team will shrink from six to five. The new structure also brings in three new strategic director roles. A spokesman said: ‘We refuse to stand still. We have an ambitious agenda for improvement.'
