Warrington BC has given the green light to a £190m regeneration scheme, which will transform Warrington's stadium quarter site.
The local authority will work with joint venture partner Iliad to deliver the scheme and work is expected to start on site in January 2014. 'This marks the start of a very exciting chapter in the regeneration of our town centre,' said council leader, Cllr Terry O'Neill.
