Cheshire West and Chester Council unveiled its masterplan for the Northgate development project on 7 November.
‘I believe our masterplan has the potential to provide a major boost to the regeneration of Chester, and to establishing the city as a national and regional leisure and visitor destination,' said executive member for regeneration, Cllr Herbert Manley.
