New chief executive for North Somerset Council

North Somerset Council has appointed Mike Jackson as it’s new chief executive when Graham Turner retires in November.

North Somerset Council has appointed Mike Jackson as it's new chief executive when Graham Turner retires in November.

Mr Jackson is currently the director of environment, transport and development at Norfolk County Council and also worked as interim deputy chief executive at Nottingham City Council. He also has experience in central government departments including the Department for Transport.
