Up to £90k package.

Our vision is to make Bracknell Forest a place where all people can thrive; living, learning and working in a clean, safe and healthy environment.

Local government is changing fast, and services have to continually adapt and develop to deliver better outcomes for our communities. In Bracknell Forest we are determined to continue to support all schools in our area to help them achieve not only the highest levels of educational attainment, but to also ensure that all of our young people reach their maximum potential.

Reporting directly to the Director of Children, Young People & Learning, you will be passionate about education, build excellent relationships with schools and strengthen existing partnerships.

You will provide leadership to our highly committed teams, promoting a culture of excellence and a commitment to lifelong learning and achievement.

You will need to have exemplary leadership skills and a strong track record at a senior level in school improvement. You will bring a wealth of experience in raising standards and evidence of successful partnership working with schools and relevant organisations.

You will be a creative thinker, at the forefront of delivering innovation and keen to work collaboratively with colleagues across the Council.
