West Lancashire residents will now be able to watch a weekly webcast from the district council's chief executive ~Bill Taylor~ Mr Taylor said: ‘The webcast makes it easier to explain council issues to local people. Hopefully, this puts paid to the cliché of faceless bureaucrats.'
